Airverity — know before they call

About

Built by someone who ran the shops it's for.

Twenty-five years running HVAC service departments, thirty across mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Field operations, multiple locations, full P&L responsibility, and the CRM and technology those teams ran on.

Seven locations at once means seven sets of books, seven cultures and seven service departments that all had to work. You learn quickly which parts of a home-service business actually drive growth, and which parts just make everyone tired.

What we learned

Memberships are the engine. Everything else is downstream.

We know what it's like to have a real membership base — how fast a company grows when the phone rings because a customer already belongs to you, and how much of the repair and replacement revenue traces back to those agreements.

We also know what it's like to be the shop that doesn't have them. Not because nobody thought of it, but because you can't promise coverage you don't have the staff to deliver. Selling agreements you can't service is worse than not selling them at all.

That's the shop this product was built for. If you already run agreements, monitoring makes them worth more and gives your office a reason to call that isn't a sales call.

And if you don't have them yet, let's talk about how you start — without working your people to death, and without trying to outspend somebody with a bigger advertising budget than yours.

How we build

Made in the United States

Boards are built and assembled domestically. No offshore production, and no exposure to import duties on the finished unit.

Owned end to end

Sensor designs, PCB layout, Gerbers, bill of materials and firmware are owned outright, which keeps a second source available and keeps the roadmap ours.

Sold through the contractor

Others sell monitoring to building owners and facility managers. We don't. The contractor is the customer, and the homeowner relationship stays where it belongs.

Because the contractor owns the customer relationship, we exist to strengthen it — never to replace it.
