How it works
An alert, an office, a phone call.
Three things happen in order, and the order is the product. The device notices, the office is told, and a human being makes the call.
The device notices
Readings move outside the range set for that system. Nothing is guessed — the device reports what the equipment is actually doing, continuously, on the equipment itself.
The office is told
The alert lands with the contractor, with the readings attached. It never goes to the homeowner first. Fail-safes are configurable so a single odd reading doesn't put a truck on the road.
You make the call
Your office, your name, your voice. Text the customer for confirmation, or just add it to the schedule. The homeowner experiences service that arrived before the problem did.

Furnace, heat pump or AC. Indoors and out.
Indoor unit
- Blower motor amp draw
- Heat strip amp draw (heat pumps)
- Inducer draft motor (furnaces)
- Supply and return temperature
- Supply and return humidity
- Temperature rise on heat, drop on cool
- Static pressure
- Pressure drop across the coil — filter loading
Outdoor unit
- Condenser fan motor amp draw
- Compressor amp draw
- Startup inrush current — capacitor health
- Runtime hours, as a system odometer
- Connectivity, so a silent device is never mistaken for a healthy one

Fail-safes
The failure mode we care most about is the false alarm.
Predictive maintenance products usually fail on nuisance alerts, not on hardware. The design assumes that from the start.
Confirm before dispatch
Configure the system to text the customer for confirmation first, or simply fold the finding into scheduled maintenance. Nothing rolls a truck on its own.
Connectivity is an alert
If a device drops off Wi-Fi, you find out — not the customer. The office asks them to check the router before anyone assumes the equipment is fine.
No office? No problem
Shops without office staff can route alerts straight to the customer under their own name and number, so the relationship still runs through you.
Installation piggybacks an existing visit and takes about twenty minutes: two holes, a set of wires, connect to Wi-Fi. Deliberately simple, because a product that eats an hour of a technician's day does not get installed.
